Starting pay: $15-18/hour

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our drivers and ensuring that every load is safely secured and ready for transport. Your tasks will involve handling materials, securing loads, and working as part of a team to ensure operational efficiency.

• Loading and Unloading Flatbed Trailers:
  Assist with loading, securing, and unloading materials onto flatbed trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Tarping Loads:
  Safely apply and secure tarps on loaded flatbeds to protect freight during transport.
• Assist Drivers:
  Work alongside drivers to perform load checks and ensure everything is secured according to safety standards.
• Inspecting Equipment and Materials:
  Perform regular checks on tarps, straps, and other materials to ensure they meet safety standards and are in good working order.
• General Yard Duties:
  Organize and maintain the yard, including equipment, tools, and materials.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure smooth operations.
