Immediate positions are available for full or part-time driver trainees. Pay rate: hourly pay with potential earnings of $560 - $1,000 a week for full-time employees.

• Responsible for assisting drivers with riders in wheelchairs and stretcher-capable vehicles to their destination in a safe, timely, and friendly manner.
• May require going inside rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, hospice centers, and home residences to load or unload riders into wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Load, unload, slide, and assist rider 200lbs or more, on or off wheelchair or stretcher.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and sanitation, report maintenance issues, gas up vehicle, and check fluid levels.
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts depending on trip demand; start times may range from 4:30 am to 9:00 am and are flexible based on trip demand.
• Be punctual, safe, friendly, and professional at all times.

• Patient care experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
• Current valid Florida driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record for 3 years.
• CPR/First Aid, PASS, Defensive Driving, FWA, HIPAA, and DOT Physical (can be obtained prior to start if not already possessed).

• Ability to assist riders 200lbs or more with loading/unloading on wheelchairs or stretchers.
• Physical ability to bend, push, pull, kneel, twist, squat, and lift as needed.
• Able to work with riders with service animals (e.g. dogs).
