This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Control M Developer & Data Engineer located in Kolkata. The role includes designing, developing, and maintaining Control M workflows and schedules to support business processes. The candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Control M jobs, ensuring seamless execution. Data engineering tasks include handling data integration, ETL processes, and ensuring data quality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions is also expected.

• Proficiency in Control M development including scheduling, workflow design, and job monitoring.
• Strong experience with data engineering, including ETL processes, data transformation, and integration.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl for automation and process optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, database systems, and data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams and following best practices for coding and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or expertise in enterprise job scheduling tools is a plus.
