LOCATION

NOTE:

This is an on-site position in the cities identified below. Local travel is expected. Relocation support is provided.

If leading families toward a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates with your sense of purpose, this role places you at the center of that transformation.

Alpha is not a conventional school. Students complete their core academics in two hours per day through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their day is devoted to real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Just accelerated achievement and outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This framework requires a fundamentally different approach to engaging parents—and that's your responsibility.

You will serve as the public face of your campus, spearheading enrollment growth, building trust, and cultivating advocacy. You'll facilitate compelling information sessions, establish meaningful community relationships, and transform curiosity into waitlist traction. Your role extends beyond recruitment. You will also act as the primary liaison for families throughout their experience at Alpha—resolving questions, strengthening commitment, and converting parents into vocal proponents of the model.

This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll be physically embedded at one campus, present most days, delivering measurable impact—not executing a prepared playbook. If you share the conviction that traditional schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.

  • Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on-site presence, local partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts

What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Depending on canned sales scripts or impersonal communication strategies
  • Handing off relationship development to campus personnel or adopting a passive role

  • Operating remotely—this role requires deep immersion in the parent journey and community life
