Who You Are:

We’re looking for an entry-level Spray Foam Helper to support our insulation crews. You need a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and comfort working in active construction environments such as attics, crawlspaces, and elevated spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the lead Spray Foam Technician with daily job site setup and cleanup
• Help prepare work areas (moving materials, laying plastic/tarps, taping off areas)
• Learn how to handle spray foam materials safely under supervision
• Support equipment setup including hoses, ventilation, and protective barriers
• Help clean and maintain tools and equipment after each job
• Remove, trim, or dispose of excess foam as directed
• Follow all safety procedures including PPE use, ladder safety, and confined-space awareness
• Load and unload materials, keep the job site clean, and assist with basic tasks as needed

What You Need:

• Ability to work in hot, cold, tight, or elevated spaces
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, climb, and stand for long periods
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong attendance and work ethic
