• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proof of liability insurance.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and using ladders.
• Flexibility to work various hours from 8am-6pm, and some Saturdays as required.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
