Maintenance Technician – On Bonus $1000

Join South Oxford Management as a Maintenance Technician. This full‑time, entry‑level role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with an hourly rate ranging from $30.00 to $40.00 and includes on‑call opportunities.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to resident work orders with a customer‑first attitude and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, weekly/monthly inspections, and safety checks.
• Manage the "make‑ready" process for vacancies, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and final inspections.
• Utilize maintenance management systems on computers and iPads to log and track work orders.

• Valid driver’s license and high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on‑call duties.
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs (without assistance).
• Valid safety and equipment operation skills; HVAC knowledge preferred, HVAC certification a plus.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Certified Pool Operator or Universal Freon license preferred (R410A).
