Position

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism toward team members and residents.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, and filter replacements.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical fixtures, carpentry, and more.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and concerns.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are safely stored to prevent injuries.
  • Partner with vendors for specialized work like landscaping and asphalt repair.
Qualifications
  • A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  • A proactive attitude, flexibility to work various schedules, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one-year previous maintenance experience is preferred, especially in a multifamily setting.
  • Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus.
