Job Summary

Quality Labor Management is a skilled supplemental manpower company dedicated to connecting skilled tradespeople with top employers. QLM Jacksonville is looking for journeyman and mechanic level electricians for the Jacksonville, FL area for multiple upcoming projects, which can include military base projects to smaller commercial projects. Pay is negotiable based on skillset and experience.

Pay Range

$26-$30 per hour

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments.
  • Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and devices.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Mentor and supervise apprentice electricians.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
