Ironworker

We are seeking dependable and motivated Ironworkers to join our structural steel team. This position involves the installation, assembly, and alignment of structural steel components on commercial and industrial construction projects.

Our
office is based in Jacksonville, Florida
, but job sites are located throughout Florida and nearby areas
. Employees will be assigned to projects where needed. This is a hands‑on field position with opportunities to develop skills, advance into leadership roles, and grow within the company.

• Starting pay: $16.00+per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime opportunities available
• Travel to job sites throughout Florida and surrounding areas is required

• Install, connect, and secure structural steel beams, columns, and joists
• Read and follow structural drawings and layout instructions
• Work with cranes, rigging equipment, and lifting devices to place steel
• Bolt, weld, and align steel members to specifications
• Assist with unloading and staging materials on site
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Communicate with foremen and crew members to coordinate work
• Perform other duties needed to support project completion

• Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Team‑oriented attitude

• Construction or iron working experience preferred but
  not required
• Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Welding experience helpful but not required
