• Manage the work schedule.
• Communicate effectively with management and customers.
• Respond promptly and positively to requests and issues.
• Texture and refinish plaster surfaces.
• Work on new and existing walls and ceilings.
• Determine and identify proper materials and quantities for projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot issues, and present work order descriptions.
• Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified positions.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim.
• Install insulation between studs and attach plastic moisture barrier.
• Remove plaster, drywall, or paneling.
• Use company‑provided mobile tools such as Gmail, text messaging, and a CRM application (training provided).

• Communicate effectively and lead by example.
• Must be able to match texture for walls and ceilings.
• Own a smartphone with a data plan.
• Basic knowledge of mobile technology such as Gmail and text messaging.
• Own all tools required for drywall repair.
• Vehicle in good running condition.
