Job Title: Finish Carpenter / Drywall & Paint Technician
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team who can complete drywall finishing, painting, and trim work. The ideal candidate must speak English, have strong attention to detail, and possess basic to moderate carpentry skills.
Responsibilities- Finish and repair drywall (taping, mudding, sanding, and patching)
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, etc.)
- Install and repair trim, baseboards, crown molding, and casing
- Perform light carpentry work and minor repairs
- Prepare work areas and protect surrounding surfaces
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Experience with drywall finishing, painting, and trim work
- Basic carpentry skills (measuring, cutting, installing materials)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction/restoration
- Knowledge of remodeling and repair work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
