Job Title: Install Coordinator – Residential Construction & Home Services

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base + performance-based upside
About the RoleWe’re hiring an Install Coordinator to run high-volume residential HVAC installations.
If you have experience as a Construction Project Manager or Coordinator in roofing, windows, siding, solar, or remodeling, this role will feel familiar—but faster-paced, highly accountable, and results-driven.
You’ll own the schedule, dispatch crews, enforce process, and ensure every job closes cleanly with payment collected.
Key Responsibilities- Book and schedule residential installation jobs
- Dispatch multiple install crews daily
- Track job flow, delays, and completion in Service Titan and Slack
- Hold installers accountable to processes, timelines, and documentation
- Ensure no installer leaves a job without payment collected
- Coordinate materials, site readiness, and clean job close-out
- Perform customer call-aheads and ETA confirmations
- Solve day-of install issues quickly and professionally
- $70,000–$100,000 base salary
- Performance-based upside available
- Full-time, on-site role with potential growth into Install Operations leadership
