Wharton-Smith, Inc. currently has immediate openings in Jacksonville, FL for a carpenter position (Form & General).

ResponsibilitiesJob Description: Build wooden structures and forms such as concrete forms, scaffolds, wooden supports, temporary frame shelters.
QualificationsSuccessful Candidates Must Have
- No minimum education required.
- Must have 3 years’ experience.
- Must have construction experience.
- Must have experience with installing and removing concrete forms.
- Must have experience with commercial hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat and direct sunlight for 8+ hours per day.
- Must have transportation to get to job site.
Preferred
Skills:
High School diploma and on-the-job training preferred.
