• Perform thorough cleanup and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques for effective debris removal.
• Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration processes.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Document work performed and materials used for project tracking.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of restoration processes and safety regulations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Certification in IICRC standards is a plus but not required.
