Welder – Container Repair and Construction

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! We’re seeking a Welder with experience in MIG welding to support our storage division. This is a hands‑on role involving steel container repair and occasional construction work.

• Perform MIG welding to repair steel containers (primarily 16GA Corten steel).
• Complete patchwork repairs and, on occasion, replace entire sheets of steel.
• Conduct floor repairs, including replacement and refurbishing.
• Assist with general construction work, including container office maintenance, when welding demand is low.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Basic knowledge of MIG welding (training provided for specific tasks).
• Experience with steel repair is preferred.
• Ability to perform light construction work, including flooring and general maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team‑oriented mindset.
