• Inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of valves (control, safety, relief, gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, plug) and actuators (pneumatic, hydraulic, electric).
• Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of valves and process instrumentation.
• Complete full repair cycle: pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, machining, lapping, painting, assembly, and final inspection.
• Document all repair activities, including cause of failure and parts used.
• Provide technical support and communicate with customers on‑site and in‑shop.
• Adhere to National Board VR/UV program guidelines and site‑specific safety requirements.
• Operate repair equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, sandblasters, and power tools.

• Experience: 1–3 years in valve, pump, or actuator repair (or equivalent training). Welding and machining skills are a plus.

  • Valid driver’s license and insurability.
  • Ability to lift up to 44 lbs and work in varied conditions (heat, cold, לאחרó).
  • Comfortable with off‑hours, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Knowledge of rigging and moving heavy equipment.
