Maintenance Supervisor

Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at Desert Winds Apartments in Jacksonville, FL who is HVAC/EPA Certified.

This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience should include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Performing wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, door, cabinet, and closet work.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

• Must have at least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years of maintenance experience.
• Must be HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools needed for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be able to accommodate emergency on‑call schedule.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background screening and drug test required.
