A Client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Plumbing Manager. As a Plumbing Manager working in the Home Town system, you will be responsible for leading a plumbing team and maintaining and repairing various plumbing systems. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a plumber, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Service Titan experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Plumbing Journeyman license preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in computer applications related to project management and scheduling.
- Working knowledge of state regulations (codes) affecting plumbing work.
