Lead Residential Installer

Are you a skilled HVAC professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact? Weather Engineers, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Residential Installer to join our high-performance team in Jacksonville, FL.

That is why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $20 to $35 per hour based on experience. You will typically work from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or until the job is complete. During the summer months, work is usually finished between 5:30 and 7:30 PM. Occasionally, you’ll work weekend shifts as needed.

All that you need is:

• 2+ years of experience with copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and replacing systems
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Dependability
