Regency Electric, Inc., A Norlee Company, is looking for a highly motivated Journeyman Electrician in the area to join our team. The Journeyman Electrician performs all electrical tasks with minimal general supervision. This employee may be part of a crew or the lead person directing this crew. Should have ability to direct less experienced apprentices and helpers. Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry.

• Positively identify colors of wires
• Comprehends reading and drawing prints and schematics
• Bend conduit by hand with hand benders
• Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches
• Capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or power equipment
• Practices and comprehends safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy
• Operates two (2) handed tools/equipment, cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jack hammers
• Read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, basic blueprints and written instructions
• Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electric or gas powered)
• Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoe, and lift trucks in a safe manner
• Supervise assigned job-site employees to complete project

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current and clear Driver's license and have reliable transportation.

Be OSHA 10 certified and OSHA 30 preferred.

Have a minimum of (6+) years’ experience in the electrical field.
