• Provide comprehensive whole-house electrical diagnostics & solutions
• Diagnose both electrical systems and customer needs to create tailored solutions
• Present 6 customized, relevant solutions on every call
• Offer affordable financing options to customers
• Ensure all jobs are completed with no loose ends
• Maintain a strong company image and ensure best-in‑class customer service
• Keep a 4.9-star rating across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
• Manage truck stock and inventory to stay prepared for every job
• Contribute to a positive and high-energy work culture

• At least 18 months of electrical trade experience (Journeyman preferred)
• Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Generator experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A motivated problem solver with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
