Security Officer - Access Control Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at an industrial manufacturing location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Control access to the facility by verifying identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, and maintaining accurate access logs;
Monitor and operate access control systems, cameras, and alarms, and report irregularities to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including dispatching assistance and documenting actions taken according to site requirements;
Support shipping and receiving access points by confirming delivery appointments, checking vehicle entry and/or exit authorization, and helping to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas
