Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service while maintaining security in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your ability to engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence is important.

Jacksonville, FL - Set schedule: PT, Saturday 23:00–07:00 / Thursday 08:00–18:00

- Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to pass an extensive screening process
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Have a state license if required
