• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem-solving while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution’s premises and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and reassure employees, members, and visitors.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas, reporting suspicious activity or security-related concerns.
• Support access control procedures, verifying credentials and assisting visitors as needed.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary, following all established protocols for armed personnel.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• An armed guard card or license preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state or local laws; may be required prior to employment.
