As a Part‑Time Security Guard – Retail Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s licence. You will deter incidents by patrolling retail locations, remaining highly visible, and providing outstanding customer service. You will create a welcoming environment for guests and staff while upholding our core values of reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, helping to maintain order.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols or while on post.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor the flow of people within the location as needed.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security‑related matters.
• Complete required reports and documentation timely and accurately as directed.

• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Valid driver’s licence (as per Allied Universal driver policy).
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and applicable licensing requirements.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
