Research Intern – Multimodal Foundation Model Vision

• Conduct fundamental and innovative development in low-cost yet powerful vision-language models (VLM) and unified models
• Design or implement state-of-the-art technologies for model compression and inference speedup
• Create proof-of-concept for various vision and text generation tasks
• Contribute to library and tool development to support business objectives
• Publish influential research findings in prominent conferences and journals

• Currently pursuing or has obtained a master's or PhD degree in computer science or a related field
• Self-motivated with the capability to propose and implement innovative ideas
• Solid presentation and communication skills for both internal and external audiences
• Experience in compact foundation model development and deployment, with publications in top conferences
• Proficiency in coding with Python and Py Torch

• Front-end development experience is a plus
• Involvement in influential open-source projects or papers published at top conferences
