Joshua Tree Experts is expanding our footprint in Jacksonville, FL and we need a high-caliber outside sales professional to take total ownership of this territory as our lead Arborist Account Manager. We sell premium, high-value tree and plant health care services to an affluent clientele that values quality over the lowest price.
We are not looking for an order-taker; we are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of the territory, builds relationships, and actively drives new business. You do not need to be a tree expert on Day 1 - if you bring the sales drive, the closing ability, and the consultative execution, we will teach you the arboriculture. This is a high-earning, year‑round career built on aggressive territory growth and uncapped earning potential.
WhatYou’ll Be Responsible For:
- Consultative Closing: Prospect, educate, and close high‑ticket service contracts with homeowners who demand premium execution.
- Relentless Territory Management: Own your market. Actively hunt for new business through direct prospecting, networking, and generating high‑quality referrals in high‑end neighborhoods.
- Estimating & Proposals: Conduct on‑site property inspections, calculate accurate job costs, and deliver professional, timely proposals that win the business.
- Lifecycle Account Management: Ensure 100% client satisfaction by following up post‑production, addressing concerns immediately, and securing long‑term, recurring Plant Health Care (PHC) contracts.
- Operational Handoffs: Partner seamlessly with our expert production crews, clearly communicating the job scope to ensure exactly what you sold is exactly what gets executed.
- Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of verified success in B2C, outside sales, or account management. You must know how to build a pipeline, handle objections, and close deals.
- The "Premium" Communicator: You must be highly comfortable, polished, and persuasive speaking face‑to‑face with affluent homeowners and navigating high‑value contracts.
- Tech‑Savvy & Organized: You must be able to manage your pipeline, prioritize follow‑ups, and keep the data clean with minimal supervision. (CRM experience is a massive plus).
- Outdoor Drive: A genuine interest in the green industry. You must be willing to aggressively learn tree identification, plant health care (PHC), and insect/disease management.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: This role is ideal for a self‑starter who wants to build a market from the ground up. You will have significant autonomy in growing your territory and building a book of business.
