Comfort Advisor (In-Home Sales Consultant) Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | Base + Commission Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Comfort Advisor (In-Home Sales Consultant) to join our team. The Comfort Advisor will meet with homeowners, evaluate their HVAC needs, and recommend the best solutions for comfort, efficiency, and budget. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and earning uncapped income through high-performance sales.

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and recommend replacement or upgrade options.
• Present Bold City’s product and service offerings with confidence and professionalism.
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication, transparency, and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and maintenance program enrollment.
• Stay current on HVAC product knowledge, financing programs, and promotions.

• Previous sales experience required (HVAC, solar, home services, or similar industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and presentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Uncapped commission (Top Comfort Advisors earn $150K+ annually).
