Field Marketing Associate

This is an entry-level position promoting the Ready Refresh Home Delivery Service of non-alcoholic beverages (bottle water and more). This fun role is perfect for those who are looking for their first venture into a territory-based Sales and Marketing role, whether you're a student wanting real world experience; have previously been a Brand Ambassador or In-Store Product Demonstrator or are looking for a part-time position while the children are in school.

As a Marketing Associate, you are assigned your own territory of apartment buildings, town homes and condos.

Your role is to build relationships with the on-site property staff and residents, providing the personal connection that a website or call center cannot.

• Your primary responsibility is to build relationships with Property Staff in order to introduce our brands to their residents, which then drives increased sales.
• Each day you visit five to seven apartment buildings in your territory to market the service. As you're meeting with Property Staff and residents, let them know what's new - a new flavor of water or a special promotional offer.
• Two to three times a week, you host an onsite marketing event where you meet face-to-face with residents and educate them about the products and services we offer.
