Used Car Sales Associate

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to support our growing pre‑owned vehicle business. You’ll guide customers through the purchase process, evaluate trade‑ins, and maximize volume and profitability. • Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000

• Welcome and engage customers while identifying needs and vehicle preferences
• Present pre‑owned and Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) inventory
• Explain vehicle history, inspection process, warranties, and pricing
• Conduct trade‑in evaluations and collaborate with the Used Car Manager
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial deals
• Maintain accurate CRM follow‑up practices and customer records
• Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets
• Build long‑term relationships for repeat and referral business

• Previous automotive or used car sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with KBB, NADA, and other valuation tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Certified Pre‑Owned sales experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Experience at a franchised dealership
