Enterprise Sales Executive – POS & Payments
Compensation: $100K Base (Flexible/Negotiable DOE) + uncapped commission paid monthly ~$200k OTE
Location:
Remote (U.S. based with ~60–80 Days Travel Annually)
The Role:
Our client is a global payments technology company that designs and manufactures POS terminals and integrated payment solutions for large retailers, banks, and enterprise payment partners. They are hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and expanding relationships with large, complex retail enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact sales role focused on winning and expanding relationships with Top 200 retailers.
You’ll Do
- Drive Enterprise Revenue Growth:
Build and execute strategic account plans to win net-new business and expand existing enterprise relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. - Deliver Executive-Level Sales Engagement:
Create and present compelling sales presentations, business cases, ROI models, and tailored proposals to senior decision-makers and executive audiences. - Serve as a Retail Industry Advisor:
Partner with enterprise retail clients as a trusted consultant by understanding their operating models, workflows, transformation goals, and key business challenges. - Stay Ahead of Retail Trends:
Maintain expertise in omnichannel strategy, in-store technology, e-commerce, supply chain modernization, customer experience, and data/analytics to guide client conversations. - Lead Strategic Account Relationships:
Build strong executive relationships and lead account planning efforts across key stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term growth. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to support deal strategy, improve outcomes, and deliver customer value. - Influence Product Direction:
Share customer feedback and competitive insights with Product and Marketing to help shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap priorities. - Accelerate Deals Through Partnerships:
Collaborate with partners, systems integrators, and alliance teams to increase deal velocity and expand market penetration. - Build & Manage Pipeline:
Develop a consistent, predictable pipeline through outbound outreach, industry events, and demand-generation initiatives. - Own Forecasting & CRM Reporting:
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, selling SaaS, retail technology, or complex enterprise solutions.
- Proven success selling into large national or global retailers.
- Strong background in POS, payments, retail tech, or commerce platforms.
- Experience building and leading enterprise sales teams.
- Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
- Willin g to travel approximately 60–80 days per year.
- Preferred:
Existing relationships with retail enterprise decision-makers. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Base salary: $100k Base (Flexible/Negotiable DOE)
Uncapped commission paid monthly
Total compensation: ~$200k+
