Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, focusing on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in licensing).

Compensation
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s policy.
