This is a hybrid, contract role for a Benefits Advisor based in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for consulting with individuals and businesses to identify their employee benefits needs, presenting tailored benefit solutions, and managing new and existing accounts. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Training
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
