• Prospect and win new business through outbound calls, networking, and Linked In outreach
• Build and manage a sales pipeline across multiple industries
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring challenges and present staffing solutions
• Negotiate rates, proposals, and placement terms
• Manage existing accounts to increase repeat business and referrals
• Recruit, interview, and match candidates to open roles your clients entrust to you
• Track performance, pipeline, and activity metrics to consistently meet targets
