As the Business Development Manager, you’ll represent the organization across the veterinary industry—at conferences, panels, and curated side events—turning real conversations into real pipeline. You’ll also build strategic vendor partnerships that consistently generate qualified referrals.

Responsibilities- Representing the brand at major veterinary conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Building trusted relationships with practice owners, operators, and industry partners
- Hosting and participating in panels, breakfasts, meetups, and private networking events
- Identifying and developing qualified opportunities through high-touch, in-person engagement
- Acting as a credible advisor who reinforces brand authority and trust
- Converting warm conversations into sales-ready opportunities
- Ensuring seamless handoff of leads into the sales pipeline
- Tracking event ROI and reporting on conversion from conversations to closed opportunities
- Designing and executing high-impact side events to extend brand presence
- Building and managing strategic vendor partnerships and referral programs
- Maintaining long-term partner relationships that produce consistent inbound leads

- Proven experience in the veterinary industry

- Comfort using CRM tools to track conversations, opportunities, and outcomes
- A track record of turning relationships into revenue
- Willingness to travel and operate independently in fast-moving environments
