. You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery.
This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career.

$60,000 - $70,000 per year + commission on every closed lead.

• Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
• Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities.
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
• Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.
• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top‑note care to customers after traumatic events.
• Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
• On‑call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Achieve and remain current in required certifications

• You’re uncomfortable dealing with people in crisis

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prefer experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, or insurance
• 3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
• Can successfully pass a background check
