What You ll Do- Engage incoming calls from potential clients and deliver top-notch service with every interaction
- Assess client needs and present tailored debt relief solutions that address their financial concerns
- Build lasting relationships and trust with clients through your exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with team members to drive sales strategies and achieve team goals
- Keep detailed records in our CRM system to track interactions and follow-up effectively
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed on product updates and best sales practices
- Previous experience in a call center or inside sales role is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging customers
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for helping others
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales through persuasive communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and handling multiple tasks effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn; training will be provided
