We’re looking for a driven New Car Sales Consultant to help customers find the Subaru that fits their lifestyle. You’ll guide customers through the sales process, deliver an exceptional experience, and play a key role in hitting monthly sales goals. What We Offer- Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000

- High showroom traffic & strong lead flow
- Engage with customers in the showroom, on the lot, and via phone/online leads
- Conduct product presentations and test drives of Subaru models
- Present pricing, lease options, warranties, and maintenance programs
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I), Service, and Management teams
- Maintain CRM notes, follow-ups, and prospect pipeline
- Achieve monthly volume and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred (new car sales a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
- CRM and computer proficiency
- Subaru brand familiarity
- Automotive financing/leasing knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
