Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR

We are immediately hiring a Sale Representative Commercial, Building Services & Construction
to be based in Orlando, Jacksonville or Tampa , FL area- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

- Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.
- Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.
- Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.
- Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
- Partner with the operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.
- 3+ years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Must possess a sales hunter mindset
- You’ll have a general understanding of power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
- Knowledge of selling to contractors (General, Mechanical, and Electrical)
- Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million+ annually
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
