What You’ll Do:
- Consultative Selling:
Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts. - Sales Prospecting:
Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory. - Customer Experience Advocate:
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers. - Portfolio Management:
Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
- Up to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a similar role within a B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
- You’re not just driven—you’re self-directed and focused on outcomes. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
- You’re a good listener and are curious, with a passion for learning about the customers’ needs, solving problems and winning business.
- You plan and prepare so you can conduct effective sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
This role is based in Jacksonville, FL offering flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Pay and Benefits:- Ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
