Bilingual BDC Service Coordinator

Arlington Toyota Service Department is seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator to join our winning team.

We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive and make outbound calls to our customers to schedule their upcoming service appointment.

• Receive customer calls to schedule their service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule customer upcoming service appointments
• Place follow-up reminder calls to customers for upcoming appointments
• Works cooperatively with the service department.
• Communicate with callers/customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Participate in customer satisfaction process
• Participate in customer retention process

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Punctual with the ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to clear a pre-employment background check
• Maintains a professional appearance
• Bilingual is required
