What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
  • Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications
  • Identify territory‑specific opportunities and challenges to drive product success
  • Collaborate with internal partners across various functions to enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
  • Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams with effective communication skills
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as , Oracle, and SAP
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Psychiatry, Neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
  • Advanced degree (Master's) in a science‑related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a results‑oriented mindset
