Specialist Sales Executive Connected Communities at AT&T
OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Executive based in the specified locations to grow our business by finding new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current ones.
Overall PurposeAchieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartment, condo and single‑family homes within assigned territory.
KeyRoles and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations. - Sales Growth and Revenue Generation:
Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets; secure new marketing agreements; coordinate with Network and product teams on product and service availability. - Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Create and present proposals, negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal. - Duties include:
meeting with customers, engaging in sales activities, communicating via phone, teleconference, e‑mail; traveling to customer premises; providing subject matter expertise on technical sales issues; advising customers on product suitability; preparing proposals, presentations and bids; researching and developing solutions; researching client business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.
A mid‑level sales representative with intermediate knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services; manages small to mid‑size sales with direct supervision. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired; 2+ years of related sales experience.
CompensationEarn between $49,500 and $82,600 plus up to $45,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Salary depends on geography, experience, the required expertise, and education/training.
