As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role not just as a representative but as the face of our brand in the region. Your impact goes beyond sales – you are the ambassador of our values and vision, forging strong connections within the broader beauty industry and championing the adoption of Booksy among businesses.

• Build face‑to‑face relationships and share business solutions with potential clients.
• Manage a pipeline of potential clients, leveraging cold calls, walk‑ins, and social media outreach to grow your book of business.
• Attend industry events, conduct demos, and educate clients on the app’s features to ensure their success.
• Follow up proactively and maintain a strong work ethic to exceed sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

• Prior exposure to field sales (2‑4 years preferred).
• Must be located in Jacksonville and have access to a vehicle to drive to client locations.
• Results‑driven attitude with a motivation and track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the beauty industry is preferred, but not required.
• Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies and working with small‑business clients is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage your pipeline.

$50,000‑65,000 base salary + uncapped commission.

• Remote work with $50/month home phone/internet reimbursement.
