HVAC Sales Representative

Waychoff’s Air Conditioning is one of Pennsylvania and Delaware’s largest independent HVAC/Plumbing companies, offering products, services, and solutions to customers. We are expanding our Jacksonville, FL sales team and are looking for experienced sales representatives.

Position Summary

Provide direct support to the Sales Department in the development of existing and prospective Waychoff’s Air Conditioning customers to achieve monthly sales goals and growth targets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment, create and present sales proposals, and finalize sales.
• Follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction, conducting post‑sale follow‑up.
• Consult with prospective and existing customers to provide customized HVAC solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program.
• Lead the sales process, overcoming technical and business objections and emphasizing value, quotes and credit terms.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Participate in trade shows, referral groups, and other sales activities to support corporate efforts.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of previous sales experience.
• Prior in‑home sales experience is mandatory.
• High school graduate or GED (required); associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter, well‑organized with keen attention to detail.

Salary

$100,000 – $175,000 per year, plus commission and benefits, including an iPad and company vehicle.

We do not perform cold calling; appointments are set by our skilled Sales Assistants.
