Sales Development Rep/SDR, Sales Representative
We are an established aviation parts and service distribution company based in Jacksonville, Fla., seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to support our domestic and international aircraft customers.
We are looking for a high-energy and driven Inside Sales Professional ready to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales, excellent communication skills and follow up and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing customer expectations and closing transactions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up on leads
- Use CRM to track customer interactions, manage leads and forecast sales
- Collaborate with sales assistants and other cross-functional teams to ensure that clients have a positive experience
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Ensure that product is received by client and that client is satisfied with service
Logistics experience is a plus.
