Calling All May 2026 Engineering Graduates! We’re looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn team player to join our Equipment Sales Department. This entry-level role is perfect for upcoming grads like you! You’ll support our sales team by helping with equipment selections, estimating orders, and managing projects from start to finish. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and tackling a variety of tasks, this job is for you!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly and equipment is delivered on time. You’ll also get the chance to work with top companies in the industry, including Daikin, ABB, and more.
$60,000-$70,000 Base Salary + Commission
Responsibilities- Help the sales team with different stages of projects, from planning to post‑sale support.
- Provide engineering support to contractors and engineers.
- Assist with preparing equipment details for approval.
- Enter and track orders to make sure projects stay on schedule.
- Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and promote products.
- Help create proposals for customer projects.
- Support the sale and installation of complex systems like chillers, air handling units, and air conditioning systems.
- Recommend equipment changes that could save costs or improve efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and follow‑up on projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- The ability to think critically and solve problems.
- A knack for learning new tools and technologies.
- Detail‑oriented and able to keep projects organized.
