Location: 8595 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL, 32216
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at our Jacksonville location. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Responsibilities- Operate cash registers, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment.
- Process cash, credit, and check transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Assist with stocking shelves and inventory as needed.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services.
- Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
