PGA TOUR Superstore - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).;
Maintain a working knowledge of all Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc.;
Assist Customers with club fitting, including selecting the right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance.;
Stay up to date on upcoming merchandising promotions and marketing events to maintain a strong merchandising presence throughout the life cycle of a promotion
